About PatHERways Final Seminar
During the Final Seminar & Evaluation Meeting in Cascais, the participants had the opportunity to share their national results, to perform a final evaluation of the overall project, to draft national and regional strategies and international partnerships, present the main results to different stakeholders (draft version of the Handbook and the Recommendations), as well as, to celebrate all the achievements and learning experiences that resulted from the project. |
