During the Training of Trainers in Assomada, the participants could delved deeper into the main topics of the project but mostly they could strengthen their capacity as trainers and educators for youth and gender rights. The participants explored different methodologies, as well as, gained understanding on planning, implementation and evaluation of educational sessions and created session outlines to put in practice in their own community. |
