About PatHERways Job Shadowings 

The Job Shadowings were a very significant experience for participants allowing merging into the diversity of contexts, experiences and opportunities for youth and gender equality around other continents. This activity allowed technical assistance, exchange of practices and methodologies and strengthen the network by reinforcing links and complementary among partners.
